Admin and Finance Assistant

LAPSOJ is seeking applications from qualified, talented and result oriented candidates to assist in the following position:

Under the overall guidance of Program Manager, the Admin and Finance Assistant shall work under the direct supervision of the Admin and Finance Coordinator. The Admin and Finance Assistant shall have following responsibilities:

  • Assist the Admin and Finance Coordinator in coordinating and managing project grant.
  • Budgetary, accounting and human resource administration assistance
  • Assist in administrative and financial tasks required for the implementation of the project
  • Assist the Admin and Finance coordinator in preparing budget narratives and financial reports
  • Support the Project Coordinator in the planning and implementation of project related events, including stakeholder meetings.
  • Support the Project Coordinator with the administrative and logistical arrangements for these activities (including venue, accommodation, travel, etc.).


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBS with specialization in Accountancy/Finance)
