Litigation to Ensure Economic, Social and Cultural Rights(2016-2018)
Despite the Constitutional guarantees relating to the economic, social and cultural rights they right have not yet been translated into practice. We are implementing project to ensure respect to economic, social and cultural rights. The project aims to use in house expertise of LAPSOJ team to ensure these rights are properly translated into practice.
