Prem Chandra Rai (Executive Director), a lawyer; Research Coordinator and teaching faculty at Kathmandu School of Law. Have worked as National Legal Advisor, International Commission of Jurists, Nepal; Executive Director, Protection Desk Nepal (PDN), 2009; Coordinator of Far East Overseas Nepalese Association, Hong Kong SAR.

Barun Ghimire (Consultant), has worked as human rights lawyer and has served as National Consultant for various NGOs. He is involved as teaching faculty in various University and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Nepal in various cases of human rights violations and public interest litigation. He specializes in human rights practice.

Anurag Devkota (Human Rights Lawyer), holds an LL.M. on Rule of Law for Development (PROLAW) from Loyola University as a Gates scholar under Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He worked as Program Officer in the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, Nepal Country Office.
