Using Strategic Litigation to Ensure Rights of Migrant Workers(2016-2018)
Against the backdrop of systematic and widespread human rights concern of migrant workers, this project aims to strengthen the access to justice of migrant workers. The project aims at structural reforms (legal reform, proper implementation of existing laws, seeking accountability, and ending impunity) in access to justice through strategic litigation in the Supreme Court.
